The first time you come in, we want to make sure that your experience here is a comfortable one. You will get a tour of the facilities and meet with one our awesome coaches who are eager for new clients!
The coach is always open to new ideas and will offer advice on how you can improve your training. You're never alone in the gym; there are other experienced Crossfitters ready for any challenge that comes their way!
